Comprehensive evaluation: It is easier to use 《Mind on Air》.
《Ocean's Keeper》must be released, and the point that Special Summon cannot be done by other methods is difficult to handle.
As for the effect, if you just reveal the opponent's hand all the time, 《Mind on Air》, which has the same effect, is easier to handle in terms of race and attributes.

Fish... Fish...! ?
A strange eyeball monster that doesn't even retain its original form, perhaps because of 《Metamorphosis》.
Its impact is enormous, but in addition to its unreliable stats, its only effect is peeping, so it's actually pretty weak.

You can't basically put out anything other than your own conditions, and the conditions are very narrow.
The oper itself is blessed with support, so it's not difficult to prepare.
A peeping effect for a weak combo that satisfies such narrow conditions is not worth it.
If you don't like things, you won't be able to use them.

I don't know if it's a genetic mutation, but it looks very grotesque as if the eye region of the oper was abnormally expressed. And for some reason it even has wings. (Seriously what is this)

Being able to see your hand isn't bad at all, but given the constraints of specifying a specific monster as a summoning condition and not being able to Normal Summon, it's too little in return. His stats are decent with a defense of 2100, but it's not enough to think positively about hiring him. Since it is written as "only in case", it is a bonus that it cannot be revived even if it is normal summoned.
